St Cuthbert’s Way
'St Cuthbert’s Way' a 100km walk through the Border’s countryside and Northumbria.
I took sound recording equipment along to document the trip and created a ‘scrapbook’ of bucolic sounds. From this I then edited together a series of layered soundscapes, and have also manipulated some of the individual sounds to transform them from the recognisable into more abstract compositions.
